Use terms & license notice

UnlistFast currently provides a static information site and source code you run yourself. It does not provide an account, paid subscription, hosted vault, support desk, or service-level commitment.

No legal operator, governing jurisdiction, or dispute forum has been designated for a public service. This project-level notice records the current boundaries; an eventual operator must publish terms matched to its actual service before offering one.

Use personal information only for yourself or someone who has clearly authorized you. Keep identity, residence, authorization, and legal-right statements accurate. Do not use UnlistFast to target another person, impersonate them, submit a request without authority, or obtain records you are not allowed to access.

You are responsible for assessing the law and the broker’s current terms before automating a flow. Do not use the software to bypass a CAPTCHA, access control, rate limit, identity check, or other safeguard. The included workflow deliberately returns those steps to a person.

UnlistFast, its documentation, and its letter templates provide general information. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client, authorized-agent, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. The software does not decide whether a law covers a person, controller, request, or location.

Review all generated content before using it and consult a qualified professional when the facts or stakes warrant it.

A form submission, confirmation page, local timer, screenshot, or draft letter does not guarantee removal, legal compliance, or a response by a particular date. Broker sites and practices change. Requests may be rejected, require direct verification, or need manual follow-up.

UnlistFast distinguishes submitted, verified, removed, re-listed, and inconclusive states. That evidence is a local record of what the software observed, not a regulator’s or court’s determination.

Removing a source does not guarantee any change to data already crawled or copied, training data, model weights, retrieval indexes, provider memory features, caches, archives, downstream databases, or model outputs. UnlistFast cannot verify that a model has forgotten a person.

Broker sites, email or mail providers, Anthropic, browsers, package registries, and hosting providers are independent third parties. Their availability, terms, privacy practices, and security are outside this project’s control. A link or compatible workflow is not an endorsement or a promise that the third party will keep the same interface.

The current agent is dry-only, and UNLISTED_DRIVER=live is rejected at startup. Setting an Anthropic API key alone does not activate the dormant Playwright or extraction path. A future release that enables a provider transfer would need a new review and notice. Before using that provider separately, review Anthropic’s commercial terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for any separate account and API charges you choose to incur.

The repository software is provided under the MIT License. The LICENSE file, not this page, governs permission to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the software. Nothing in this notice narrows those grants.

The software is provided “as is,” without the warranties listed in that license, and the license includes its own limitation of liability. Rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed or limited remain unaffected.

DeleteMe is operated by Abine, Inc. UnlistFast is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DeleteMe, Abine, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, any open-weight model publisher, any data broker, or any regulator named on this site.

Third-party product names, company names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify the relevant product, provider, broker, or official process. Comparisons are informational, time-sensitive, and should be checked against current primary sources.

The last-updated date will change when this notice materially changes. Before a hosted or commercial launch, the operator must add its legal identity and contact, service description, eligibility rules, support commitments, governing law and dispute terms, and any payment, cancellation, or refund terms. Those are owner and counsel decisions, not facts the repository can infer.

These project notices should be reviewed again when the deployment, operator, audience, data flows, or business model changes.
